When asked what inspired her to submit this recipe, Bobbi said, “My family would come together for dinner and we could always count on someone bringing Watercress Salad. It always brings back joyful ‘back in the day’ memories of myself and my cousins running and playing barefoot outside of the house while we waited for dinner to be done. I figured it’d be cool to enter this recipe because it’s nostalgic and a favorite amongst the locals.”
