• The head of your organization plus two other individuals (18 years and older) are required to provide their contact information to apply. Your organization and/or individuals applying must be able to demonstrate the ability to pay for the sale. Both applicants will be personally responsible for payment.
• We pay the State the general excise tax from the cost indicated above. It is mandatory that the organization fill out the State of Hawai‘i – Department of Taxation Form G-17 (Resale Certificate for Goods, General Form 1); this will be used for our records to determine our tax obligation to the State.

After your application and form G-17 is signed and submitted, we will contact you to set a pick-up date and time. On that day, applicants must come with full payment and present a valid driver’s license or other government-issued photo ID.

Full payment is required at the time of pick-up.

Payment in cash, check, cashier’s check, or money order must be made by the Organization or its applicants to “Seven-Eleven Hawai‘i, Inc.” No personal checks or credit cards will be accepted. We can provide special group labels for you to stick on the coupon book. All books ordered are NOT refundable.

Any re-orders after the original pick-up can be made with a minimum of 20 books but must be in increments of five. Depending on the edition of the coupon book and calendar year, we may require you to turn in a new application, authorization signatures, and State of Hawai‘i-Department of Taxation Form G-17.

If the re-order reaches 1000 books within the same application period; the group will qualify for the lower cost of $2.75 per book from that 1000th book on.

The same two persons authorized on the application form may pick up re-orders; valid ID as specified above and full payment must be presented at time of pick up.

Seven-Eleven Hawai‘i, Inc. reserves the right to make any changes to the program without any notice.

For Seller: Coupon books cannot be returned to Seven-Eleven Hawai‘i, Inc. Lost or stolen coupon books cannot be replaced or credited. Coupons are valid on O‘ahu, Kaua‘i, and Big Island 7-Eleven Hawai‘i Stores.

For Customer: Coupons may not be duplicated and/or combined with another promotional offer or discount. Seven-Eleven Hawai‘i, Inc. reserves the right to offer a substitute product if one named is not available. Note the expiration date on the coupon.
