Purchase & Return Policy – 7-Eleven Hawaii

Age-Restricted Sales:

By law, customers under 21 are restricted from purchasing liquor and tobacco products. We require our employees to ask for an ID for ALL liquor and tobacco purchases by customers of ALL ages.

Customers under the age of 18 may not buy lighters nor energy shots

Acceptable Forms of ID

An acceptable ID must contain birthdate, photo, and physical description; must not be expired, damaged, or altered. Below is a list of ID accepted at our stores:

U.S. driver’s license with a photo; only Hawai‘i-issued driver’s permits are acceptable
U.S. state ID with a photo or any U.S. Territory ID with a photo (American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands)
U.S. Government-issued ID with a photo (military, resident alien, etc.)
Valid passport

We do not accept vertical IDs as a form of identification to purchase age-restricted products.

We reserve the right to refuse sale of age-restricted products.

Money Orders

There will be a $1 non-refundable fee for each money order printed. Each with a maximum of $500/face value. Payments with cash or SNAP cash only.

Coupons

7-Eleven Hawai‘i gladly accepts MOST coupon offers. Manufacturer’s coupons mentioning a Free Offer without a purchase requirement will not be accepted.

Forms of Payment

We accept these valid major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diner’s Club, and Discover. We require a signature for all payments of $25 and over. The credit card must state the cardholder’s full name (excludes unbanked prepaid credit/debit cards).

Refunds

Most unopened items sold by 7-Eleven Hawai‘i in new condition returned within 7 days of purchase will receive a full refund. Refund will be delivered via the same method as original payment to the store.

Proof of purchase (sales receipt) is required for refund.
NO REFUNDS will be given for these items
